NYCLU: Voices for Change
The NYCLU presents “Voices for Change”. This concert will
star celebrated musician and activist Nellie McKay as its
featured artist. Other artists include Jenny Bruce,
Rachel Sage, Lucy Woodward, and more.
“Voices for Change” aims to honor and encourage the
long-standing link between music and social change. This
annual concert series will bring together established and
up-and-coming artists to create an event that will
celebrate, protect and put into practice the principles of
free expression in support of the New York Civil Liberties
Union. The goal is to empower both musicians and people who
love music -- and to let their voices be heard.
